How to get there
By car : A5 highway exit at Charvornay. Parking spaces are available near the sport hall.
By public transport : Postbus or train from Chavornay train station. The Chavornay train station is accessible by regional train from Lausanne or Yverdon-les-Bains.
By plane : The nearest airport is Geneva airport. We organize, as an option, a common transport from/to Geneva airport on Saturday 8. June (evening) and Monday 10. June (morning).
Accommodation
Accommodation will be in PC shelters right next to the sport hall.
Bed linen is not provided, bring your own sleeping bag or contact us (hello@pantheres-kcnv.ch) so that we can provide sleeping bags for you.
Meals

Breakfasts are included in the price of the night (optional).

Lunch will be served at the sport hall as a picnic. It is included in individual fee.

Dinner will also be served at the sport hall and is also included in individual fee.
Teams registration
Teams register via the online form with team from 4 to 10 people. The team fees are CHF 50.- (about € 44.-). Team fees cover sport hall and referees. Teams will play at least 3 matches.
Registration procedure
On the form, you will be able to register your team as well as the players (first and last name, birthday and allergy). You will also have the possibility to book the nights (before and/or after the tournament), as well as any transfers from/to Geneva airport. You will receive an automatic confirmation and information for the payment of tournament fees (team fees, individual fees and selected options).
Registration and payment deadline is 31. May 2019.
Regulations
The current regulations of the IKBF will be applied.
Category
The rules of Open International are applied in the amateur category. Without close defense.
Cost
Individual fee is CHF 50.- (about € 44.-) per person.
The overnight option is CHF 15.- (about €13.-) per person and per night.

Participants
All participants must be 16 years old or above on the 9. June 2019.
Teams composition
A team may consist of a maximum of 10 people. During the matches, there must always be 2 women and 2 men per team on the field.
Game formula
In order to be as close to the rules of Open International, there will be 3 qualifying matches and one or more semi-final and a final. The exact distribution of the matches will be done a few days before the tournament according to the number of registered teams.
Matches will be played in 2 winning periods of 11 points.
During the matches, men and women of the same team must alternate strikes. If a player of the same sex hits twice in a row, a fault will be called for "twice the same hitter".
